This thread could not have come at a more perfect time.
I too am coming back to No S after getting started but then falling off the wagon. I am so sick of beating myself up and over thinking and researching and thinking to myself that "once I get on a good diet" then my life will magically fall ...

I am interested in juicing and I would say add it TO a meal, or drink it in between. It's juice, its a liquid, it's not a meal IMHO, so I would think we could drink it between meals. It's not like we can't put anything in our mouths ever except for three times a day. We are "allowed" to have drinks ...

What if I make a plate and get full?
OK - so today at lunch, I had made a sandwich, but it was cut in half. I had also brought about 2c of fresh raspberries and some yogurt to eat too. I ate the berries & 1/2 of the sandwich then I was full.

Yesterday I didn't feel well - marked it as an S day. Not feeling quite so good today either but am doing a little bit better. I just ate a snack - without much though - almost was automatic. Just a handful of plain almonds so nutrtitionally good but No-S bad.
