On our February Daily Check-In I cannot up-date my calendar because there is no "Edit" button in the usual upper right-hand corner. Anyone out there able to help?

I'm back! I have probably been away 6 months. I thought I could stay with the No-S program (it is SO sane) on my own without tracking here. However, I found I grew slack with picking and tasting during dinner prep, as well as allowing sugar to creep in on normal days. I see I need to be here to help ...

I'm in for September. I feel like I'm finally getting the hang (habit) of this plan ... it has only taken me a year! Cutting out sugar altogether has made a HUGE difference!

Yes, thank you RAWCOOKE for getting December started for us. In addition to Christmas, I have 3 other birthdays in December (my son's on the 26th and two of his children, 28th and 31st)! Yes, it is a tough month! (My father's birthday was in December too, the 27th). Anyway, I will probably celebrate ...

Count me in! I too have never made it a full 21 days, so that is my goal for November (strict compliance). Having company so it won't be easy, but not impossible. I've been getting more lax instead of more compliant.
