I just switched to NoS from "Fast 5" which is where you fast 19 hours a day and then have a 5-hour eating window. Mine was 5pm-10pm. At first, I lost about 7 lbs, but then I just maintained/gained slightly. I would pretty much permasnack during the eating window.
