I had a bit of a struggle around 4 pm on both days, but I managed to get trough with lots of tea. Hoping this will go away soon.

Starting again today after falling of the wagon in April this year.
Wish me luck

Day 4 and 5 where S days, day 6 (monday) was a failure
Managed till 5 pm, and 45 minutes before dinner I took a snack.
Today is a new day, and it will be a succesful N day

Day 3: Succes!

Average starting weight: 71.6 kg
I'll weigh myself again the 1st 3 days of May

Now having my first S day, and really enjoying my chocolate

Day 2: succes!

Weight today: 71.2 kg

Succes was archieved by telling 'habit' "down boy" everytime he tried to get me to eat snacks, seconds or sweets
It sounds silly, but it worked

April 1st, Day one: failure

Fell asleep in the early afternoon and awoke HUNGRY, ate everthing in site.

Today is going great. Think this will be a succes
