Here we go again. Back up to 115kgs.
This time I have extra incentive. Diagnosed with NAFLD, gastroenteritis, reflux, and back problems also likely related to weight.
Let's see if I can keep it up for longer this time!

Back from holiday!
So, end of Holiday was Monday. I gained just under 1kg from five weeks of excess - mainly because it was so hot everywhere that we didn't eat very much! Hawaii, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Bangkok - we were eating twice a day, and drinking lots and lots of water!

Large bowl of mixed chow mein
followed by small bowl of chicken chow mein in lieu of lunch
