what i think that i would like to see
i have heard that if you eat like a normal person, then you will look like a normal peson...
something that is very helpful to me it reading what other people eat in a day-- maybe you could include some members food plan for the day
maybe you could put an example of menus for different members ...

i have been struggling for some time, especially with the issue of hunger and/or percieved hunger
i have also been in turmoil over defining my own abstinence and i asked my higher power to please, once and for all point me to the plan that is right for me

i am a terrible cook, and an even worse meal planner--
these menus look so yummy and filling !
please post more, they are a huge help to those of us who are remedial

i would like the opinion of the group-- what do you guys think about
taking no s in baby steps ?
