Would that really help with impact though?
Personally, I leave my sledge naked like the day it was bought. I support sledgehammer nudism apparently!

Obviously, I am not a thin person :) I now have a "two pack" which divides where my abs are to where my fat covers my abs. I have always had a large gut, and it makes it seem that I am much heavier than I truly am. I currently weigh 223, and look as heavy as other people who weigh 260 or 270.

Sounds like a good program, but right now, the length of time it suggest that I run during each running segment, is too much for me. I'm taking such baby steps right now, because I'm recovering from some very personal traumas that left me exhausted, so I have to take this in even smaller steps, to ...

I don't know about anyone else, but I so hate walking in cold weather or in rain or snow. Shovelglove does help with weight loss
Well, for those of you that do not know. I started shovelglove with an 8 lb hammer back in January. I then moved up to 10 lb hammer in march. During this window, I had lost 20 lbs, and then the weight loss slowed.
This brought me from 280 to 260.

A quick tip on strength training: slower is better. Day 1, Jan 31: Yellow day, but I still tromped 4463 steps today. Pretty good considering that I slogged through 15 centimeters of snow. Real hard going. And, I'm pretty beat today because I was ...

Re: Should I feel a difference between 8 & 10 lb sledge?
