I'm off to buy a multivitamin today and im going to track my water intake to make sure i'm taking in what i think im taking in.

I will give it till the end of the month and if it doesnt improve ill get to a dentist.

I'm nearly 3 weeks into no-s after a botched start a while ago.

Everything is going great,using a calendar to help keep me on track which is helping loads.

I do have one issue and that is recently i have had bleeding gums and a yucky taste in my mouth like u get when u haven't brushed ...

Thanks for all the replys,it has really cleared up a lot of things.

One thing however,the whole bowl issue,so for porridge i would have a bowl,sit the bowl on a plate and have my toast around the side?

How about soup with a meal? Surely that counts as a starter but its just soup so ...
