Everyday Systems

I'm 4 months in and still havn't gotten it totally down. Most of the time it's no problem, but sometimes I still mess up. I don't take it too hard though, I feel like I'm about 90% there so I'm doing much better then before starting.

My danger zone is after dinner - mid-week bordum. I too have to make sure I get out of the kitchen as soon as I'm done with dinner.

Yeah, pretty much afer I saw Food, Inc. and read the book, plus I read Fast Food Nation, I gave that stuff up (not that I was eating a ton of it before but still).

Now when we travel and need to stop for food it's either the grilled chicked sandwich or a grocery store (they usually have salad bar ...

Two things that really work well for me are olives and deviled eggs. Like for breakfast I'll have two deviled eggs (1 egg total) and a slice of sprouted whole grain toast w/pnut butter. Then for lunch I have a sandwich and 10-12 olives.

I love olives and they really satisfy the craving for salty ...

This is my first post here but I've been lurking around the site for several weeks now. I've also decided to give it a try and even bought the book a while back.
