I'm starting over this week. During the 1st 3 weeks...I was so confident I would go ahead and mark my day green on ...

I did great with No-S for 3 weeks...then I let my guard down...

I've really pigged out this past week...and I feel like I've gained a few pounds.

I just can't seem to get over this food problem I have...

I am so disgusted with myself...

I've eaten so much today that I don't even feel like taking ...

I'm a little discouraged because the scales aren't moving down...maybe I need to focus on reducing my portion sizes...

Thanks Shannah! I was wondering if this is a physical or psychological reaction I'm having. All I know is that the urge is strong...I can say it's the first true "test" of my new way of eating.

I'm holding out...and maybe I should lay off the Big Macs! haha!

I know this wasn't the best meal choice, but about an hour and a half ago I had a Big Mac Combo...with a Diet Coke. I didn't super-size -- but it was still a bad choice, I know.

As soon as I finished...I was and still am craving so binge...I don't know why. I have really cut back on my Diet Coke ...

I'm a certified k-8th grade teacher, but right now I'm serving as librarian and computer lab overseer in a private Christian school.

I take a break at 9 AM and eat something quick like oatmeal. Lunch time I pack a nice sandwich, a carrot, an apple and some yogurt.

I find it easier to eat healthy ...

I've watched Kirstie Alley and her efforts to lose weight...it just goes to show that money and fame really don't matter much in these matters.

I hope she's successful in her ventures...but I'm so glad I've found a plan that doesn't require me investing tons of money (like I did with Nutrisystem ...

It's quite liberating...I haven't quite wrapped my brain around it yet...but I believe I'll get there...being able to eat in moderation any type of food.

I've foresaken fat, calories and most of all carbs...being able to eat those guilt free is ...something!

it's easier than I thought it would be. It's amazing how satisfied I can be with 2 or 3 plate meals. I do not have to snack!! : )

My danger zone is when I'm procrastinating...if I'm neglecting to do something (clean house, pay bills, laundry, etc...) that's when I just want to eat mindlessly!

But I haven't snacked on a non-S day so far...yay! I'm learning new, good habits!

Spring break starts tomorrow...i hope I can keep my days green while we are on no kind of schedule. It will be challenging.

I just finished my second weekend of S-days.

I feel like i have eaten too much and probably gained anything back that I had lost.

But....I know it takes a while for these ...

I am wrapping up my 2nd week of No-S.

It's very interesting to me how many changes I've made in the way I eat.

My meals are more balanced.
My meals are more satisfying.
I do get the urge to snack, but it's not that hard to over ride it.
I used to snack....A LOT...

I"m just blown away by this...this is revolutionary to me. Every diet plan I've tried (and I've tried a whole lot of 'em :wink: ) has made a place for snacking. I've always thought the best way to eat was to have healthy snacks...but my healthy quickly turns into whatever I can get the easiest ...

The book was so interesting to me. I know what kinds of foods are good for me...I think we all pretty much know that due to all the diet books we've read! :lol:

But I've never read a book that ...

Hi everyone! I'm 42 years old...and I've fluctuated between 160 and 200 pounds since about 1990! The times I've been at the low end are due to Low-carbing, one try at Jenny Craig, and another at Nutrisystem. I also tried the WeighDown workshop...but I wasn't very successful at that at all.
