Kenpo Dave's Sledgehammer workout
My 1st move does invlolve hitting a tire, but the rest are moves from shovelglove that I tweeked the name of a little bit.
Do each move one after the other with no rest inbetween and do 2 to 5 cycles depending on your fitness level.

I did have 2 BLTs for dinner , but there wasn't any sides and they were small so I counted that as a success.
I did everything I could to not workout, but at about 9:30 I got my butt off the couch and worked out.
