Another day sick...still managed to get in 30 minutes of exercise (have been doing 60, but my knees have been complaining about too many squatting/lunging exercises, so I'm toning it down), but spent most of the day in bed sniffling.

So mostly I'm doing a daily check in because while habitcal helps show me how well I'm doing at keeping to a basic schedule, I want to see if what i'm eating will start to get better and more moderate, and try to make this happen if it doesn't unconsciously.
