Failure!

And you know why--you cannot eat foods containing gluten. You have to accept this. They make you hungry because they don't nourish you properly due to your physical condition. Thank God there are plenty of other foods which do and begin again!

Success! (I couldn't fail--I took an S day. But, it was better than any past day recently. I had three meals on a plate and one snack which wasn't even sweet. Had no sweet craving, probably because it wasn't "just this one last time before I go on a diet.")

I just started NoS yesterday. Having some defined exercise to do sounds good, too. I'm 51, female and am an urban ranger out of necessity.
