Everyday Systems

I try to take it one day at a time... There's something in front of you that you can't eat? Just think - "It's only one day, I can do this!"... Then start again tomorroww... One day at a time :D

Before you know it, you will be at an S day and will be able to truely enjoy some sweets/snacks/seconds ...

I've been trying to look at NoS not as a diet - but as a lifestyle. I have to say, it's really been working for me. I don't eat sweets, snacks or seconds... why? Not because I can't , just because in my new lifestyle, I don't... I also like to think about how much I am saving on my grocery bills ...

I agree! I am so excited about the NoS diet because it is more of a lifestyle than a diet! I know that any weight I lose from this new lifestyle will be perminent weight loss... I will not have to be worried about counting and starving for the rest of my life... that's no way to live! :)

KCCC, I'm not sure how much I drink in a night (it depends on the night) - but it is normally rum & diet cokes. Just to clarify, I only drink this on my S days! I'm not too worried about gaining weight from this drinking... I drank like this on my weekends anyway ...
