Well, almost a month of No S is over and it looks like I lost about a pound (132.06 to 130.95 lb). My water balance must be pretty messed up nowadays... drinking exactly 3 liters a day should fix that. Oh my God, you guys, I did it! I ran 5 kilometers without ever walking in between! I ended up taking around 32 minutes (which I'm really happy with), but I don't really care about the time, I'm just so proud that I did it all running. No walks, no stops, just consistency. :)

Hello everyone,
I'm generally a pretty disciplined person. I keep my room clean and neat, don't drink, don't spend too much money on things I don't need, I'm a vegetarian, only drink water and go running 4 or 5 times a week... but I can't seem to stick to No S no matter what I do!
