D: Slow-cooked lamb shanks and beans (in vegetable stock?) - perfect winter meal.

I love reading through the progress diaries of established "No S"ers - you're making heaps of progress!

And I had to comment to ask why you've never tried PB&J?? It's delicious with Strawberry jam. You've gotta get the amounts just right, though. Too much PB and it's pretty sticky and can be dry ...

And I agree that it doesn't sound like "S-Day" type snacking, so I wouldn't count it as a fail day either. Expecially becuase you did some 'virtual plating'! I love that concept. I'd better not try it yet, I'm only on day 3 so far, but ...

Day 2: SUCCESS !

Dinner ended up being about a cup of rice, 2 chicken skewers, an apple and OJ. I ran my daily food into calorieking.com.au, and I'm over my reccommended calories because of all the juice! Once my habit is stronger, I'll start cutting out juice. Darn it!

Hi everyone!
