B- barley, cottage cheese, fruit
L- Salad, 2 hard boiled eggs, couscous
D- PB noodles, salad, nectarine, grahm crackers.
Shouldn't have eaten the graham crackers... but I think TOM is nearby!
Back on track tomorrow.

Back from vacation.
I had good days and really bad days on my vacation. I can't say I followed No-S, altho every morning I woke up with good intentions!
I pretty much stuck with the three meals a day, and ate a small breakfast, and lunch, but I did snack after dinner, and a few days had sweets. But ...

I am 44 years old, 5'6", and 147#, and have been trying to get 10 pounds off for 10 years!

Great ideas!
How do you deal with dessert buffets at parties? I tend to eat way too much, and even tho its an S day I do not feel in control, and then feel horrible after. I keep saying I'll sit down, but then nobody else is sitting, so I stand around the buffet nibbling.
Any concrete suggestions ...

I find myself eating more than I should at one meal, prophylactically! I am afraid if I don't eat enough, I will feel hungry later on. I know this is bad. When looking thru the boards I see what others eat, and I can see why they are losing... its not that much food. I know I'm eating more than that ...

I am also vegetarian. I put my salad on the plate, but my fruit I put in a small chinese 1 cup bowl on the side, not on the plate with the rest of the food. I guess it technically is wrong, but, on the other hand, portion control is what we are trying to achieve, and overall it is less food than I ...

Hi everyone,
I've been doing great so far, until last night! I was hungry pretty much immediately after dinner, and craving cereal. I eat it out of the box, standing up! Tues, Wed and Thurs I'm out of the house keeping busy after dinner, so I don't eat... but Monday..! Any ideas of tricks to keep ...

oatmeal for dinner
I love oatmeal so much I eat it sometimes for breakfast and dinner.
For breakfast I'll have it with frozen berries, a tbs of psylllium husk, and a tbs of peanut butter. It is so filling for 4 hours.
