Apple Cider Vinegar, just discovered this TRICK ;-)
One of the best thing you can do to prevent hunger is to drink a lil' bit of apple cider vinegar ... 1 tsp. diluted in a tall glass of water. 10 minutes before a meal. This will make you feel full much longer. It slows down the digestion, so the food hangs out in your belly longer, good thing.

Wow, fruits and veggies fill you up, it's the opposite ... ;-) Be careful though, not to have too many calories - - it reminds me of a girl who had gained a lot of weight and was wondering why ... she was eating really well but the problem was her portions were really huge. Yes, that's something that can be tricky ... you should never really eat until you feel completely full - - you should eat until you are about 70% full, hard to evaluate this of course. I know by now how much food I should have, I just look at the plate and I know ... of course this is not a very ...

Oh, I rarely drink juice ... it's not really that good for you, plenty of sugar, etc. You are better off eating the fruit itself than drinking any juice. Fills you up more and you don't get the extra sugar and whatnot ...
Milk or yogurt, I thought about that too ... I could add those in the future ...

Nichole, it depends on your size and weight too ... 100 calories is not a lot for a snack .. I'd say at least 200-250 in my case, heh.

Bizarre Foods : The mad scientist
Today I watched an episode of BIZARRE FOODS, it was the one where Andrew Zimmern (sp. ?) was in Tokyo, Japan.
Anyway, while he was there he met this scientist who had done tests for years and he was convinced he would live to be 140 years old at least if he ate only once per day and 800 calories ...

Yes, I always have 2% milk. I read somewhere it's the most popular choice for most people here too. I know if you read diet tips they always say you should have the 0% or 1% milk but I don't like those kinds much. Milk is good for you anyway as long as you don't have huge quantities of course.

Working out, yes !! At least 5 times per week, 30-50 minutes. High intensity @ all times. It has to be HARD to do or else I don't call it a 'Work out' :-) I regularly split my work outs too, more effective than to do a single longer work out apparently. I do 15-20 minutes in the morning and 20-30 ...

too of course : egg, salmon, tuna, sardines or chopped ham. I also add some brown rice, bulgur, barley or couscous ...
