Ooo mod collections.

My mod phrased less verbosely is 3 single plate meals, 1 small optional sweet/'unhealthy snack', and 1 (generally) fruit. I don't eat the optional sweet/snack when I've had a lot that day, but I am the judge of a lot.

I still relax it on the weekends but I'm no longer bingeing ...

Ok So I read "Mindless Eating"...

Since I wasn't really losing weight even trying the S and no-S days, I would get tempted and indulge, just like the other diets. It kept starting as "just one of this " or that.

I worry when you say you're so hungry nursing a baby. Eat bigger meals! Breast milk is a perfect food because it takes the "perfect" things from YOUR body, leaving you with the scraps.

Being no doctor or dietician myself, I have a recommend -

Agreed. My late night eating is always something like chips or popcorn.

I don't like to eat dinner before 7, and I'm always a little hungry at bedtime when I hop back on the No-S horse anyway. Eat gigantic dinners for a few days and don't nighttime snack on the weekends and your insulin production ...

Tuesday I missed lunch due to scheduling (my own fault) and had beer and cookies after dinner... not together though :) Almost counts!

Too much seafood over the weekend.

But all F/S/Sn were no-s days, mostly because the meals were big and we were touring my grandparents around town.

Weekdays not so lucky. Keepin trying.

90% success. That is, I don't tend to snack more than 3 days a week and i snack once each day that I snack. I also am trying to stick to fruit not chips for the snakcs.

278 to 264 in less than 2 months is pretty amazing whatever you're doing.

No-S takes a lot of time to really really get stuck on. I slip all the time. I would completely give up any day I had a big fight with an ex.

The only helpful thing if you're cheating really often -which happens to us all ...

Yesterday (Tuesday) Pretty good. had turkey bacon (4) + banana for breakfast. Feettucini alfredo & a couple pieces of small bread for lunch.

Burger and fries for dinner, 2 big sips of my boyfriend's peanut butter malt....

A big high cal over all and that malt was a no-no...

Yeah planning on the treats was something good I've tried...

Of course sometimes it's a pound of my favorite candy that is a treat. I tend to rebel against rules anyway, and weekend rules on this diet are a no-no... Sometimes I end up with complete junk food weekends because I amm so frustrated ...

I do "mostly ok" on weekdays, probably 90-95% success.

Now to work on my weekend binge-fests, I won't get past 6 pounds with those going full swing!

OMG!

This Friday will be 2 months!!!

Since February was short... thats like... uhm (checks calendar) 8.5... weeks?

I guess 6 pounds isn't too bad then! I keep thinking it's been longer. Especially Thursday nights (fridays are great I just daydream about the weekend, but Thursdays kill me!).

Weekend was pretty naughty. Hooray for garbage plates! I have no idea why I still have stomach capacity for them, but not much sugar. They are all meat and potatoes and mac salad, so i guess that's a different stomach than the sugar stomach, which has shrunk beyond recognition ^_^

at the Dr's i weighed in at -6 lbs. at 4pm with heavy shoes!!!!!! That means im beyond my 5 pound deadly limit! (probably at 7 or 8 without shoes!)

Today not bad yet... just a pita for breakfast since I weighed in almost 5.5 pounds of progress (progress makes me eat LESS because i feel better).

Still waiting to hear back on my interview... if they say no I am going to pig out I'm sure. Ah well. At least I can try and pig out on salad first ...

Thurs I didn't eat enough at all, and a lot was snacks because I was too tired to drive and there was a vending machine...

Friday was not too bad, had breakfast which was a waffle with fruit (yay hotel breakfast) and some cottage cheese with fruit too, and a coffee.

If I make the pictures smaller jpg compressing, the little capys get eaten by the big pixels. (And would I cut to a smaller picture? Nah then you can't have the fun of spotting them!... And I'm lazy) Anyway they are really hard to spot in mud!!! There are 2 right near the middle of the 2nd picture ...

ate a bigger lunch than usual by 1 banana. i'll probably have dinner pretty late (like 8, usually eat 6-7).

Crunches? That might *build* ab muscles tho! Make sure you counter with back exercises.

I recommend running or DDR along with the crunches, both will tone your abs (and legs of course) and give you a lot of cardio. At least medium impact, because then your abs are working to stabilize you...

The sour patch kids my mom has lying around have been bad for me yesterday, Monday and today. I keep eating like 5-10 a day, because I'm so hungry for something sugary and I have no self control.

Don't worry I wasn't taking it as pressure!

I definitely dont use any sweetener in my coffee or tea unless its waaaay too strong, and then i use 1 sugar, no matter the size of the coffee so hopefully I'm ok there.

Today and yesterday - mostly success, a little funny stuff with a reese's mini pb ...

I say your sig other will understand the diet, and in exchange for the understanding, you can have unreasonable dinner with dessert on one of your N days, making it a kind of halfway S day.

Monday ok, I snuck a chocolate, which isn't really sneaking because I'm writing it here. I stayed home "sick" from work (I stayed home "i'm going frickin insane" ...) and managed not to eat all day in a house full of candy.

Tuesday was pretty much ok. I can't think of any funny stuff, and nachos ...

"too much" is what happens when your stomach gets those long rest periods!

Good job thus far, and Saturday and Sunday SOOOO count as starting the habit, I've found gearing up for the week up deprivation is still in my habits... although I'm getting better about weekends.

Other than that, pretty angelic.
Popcorn dinners, but very good breakfast and lunch, so not too bad.

I'm hungering for a plate of refried beans on some chips though, so that might end up as a dinner tomorrow.

Pretty good job today, ate kinda big lunch, a whole sub loaded with feta.

dinner was healthy choice+some soup.

Still haven't mastered my popcorn craving, but it is an allowable dinner for me, and right now the main habit is 3-a-day. I keep becoming tempted to do 4, but that would be eating 4 medium meals not small ones, which would be too much food ...
