Hi everyone. I started shugging again this friday (I didn't manage to make it part of my routine when I tried before, and grew distanced from my hammer :( ), and shugged again today! I didn't do any yesterday, as my arms were still too sore from friday. x]

Barefoot is best, I think. I don't have a habit of wearing shoes inside, like many here.

Since it was brought up, there's something incredibly silly and fun about naked shugging (naked shugging? Now, 'shugging' already was a dubious word..). I condone it!

I'd certainly say so. I sometimes have a smoothie made from about one and a half frozen bananas, a couple of handfuls of frozen berries, and a bit of soy milk to make it liquidy.

Shouldn't be a problem for dinner; It's filling, tasty, and healthy to boot. ;]

I don't have a weight problem, but I do snack a bit more than I should, and I have a feeling that this'll be ideal to help reduce my sugar-addiction.

Regarding "moving things along" (grin), I've heard that keeping oneself well hydrated is key, along with the fiber. Are you drinking enough? A few glasses of water a day should do the trick, but it's easy enough to forget.
