Get your workout in and plant a garden around the perimeter and build a meandering walking path! Teach the kids all about the local ecology in doing so. :D Set out some bird feeders, do some bird watching while you're out. Grab a camera, take pics of flowers, etc ...

Ate brunch instead of breakfast:
Made a "frittata" from:
bacon (2 slices)
garlic
shallot
a couple rehydrated chanterelles
white wine
2 small zucchini
2 eggs
Snack: pack of reese's peanut butter cups (hey, last snack of the week :) )
Dinner:
"French" low carb ...

I've always looked at the No S diet as an American "franco" diet. The French, on average, eat 3 meals a day, rarely snack (and if they do, it's something like fruit), and walk a lot (urban rangering). It works for them and it should work for us.
