Ok going to reply to self. Am shovelgloving using a different tool, but none the less it's working. Am also doing light stretching and this too is helping. Terry's n day diet
I'm going to keep a diary of my meals. Why? Because if this isn't working for me, I hope someone can point out my mistakes.
Breakfast- 1 egg 2 slices of bacon on a toasted english muffin and 1/2 grapefriut.
Lunch- 1 can Chunky Beef and potato soup and 1 slice watermelon.
