I'd like to report on my experiences with No-S.
I found this diet two years ago, and made several abortive attempts to start it. I guess the timing wasn't right, but I simply couldn't stop snacking.

Oddly enough, after four days, I'm feeling it most in my legs. Specifically the big muscle at the back of the thigh. I didn't expect to be working those....

Got here from slashdot last week. Bought 8lb sledghammer on Sunday. Started toiling and no-s-ing Monday.
