Everyday Systems

I use Friday as one of my s days. For me it works well because at most I work a few hours and my kids are in school so it is the only day of the week that I have time truly to myself. I like to be able to spend the afternoon in the cafe reading with a latte and pastry, or perhaps having ice cream ...

LOL, I so rarely post here, but I love winter squash soups (am going to try the cream thing next time). Just wanted to add that I roast my chopped up squash with a clove or two of garlic and an onion before I cook it up in my soup - adds a whole 'nother dimension to the flavor!

Count me in. I tried to do the challenge last month but with several trips (including camping), and limited computer access I didn't do so well. This month we get our routines back, all of us are up and out to school and work and that will make it easier! So here is my plan!

I give life cereal to my kids for dessert :lol: but I wouldn't technically call it a sweet. I do consider it a sugary cereal though as I do any cereal that tastes sweet - vs plan corn flakes or the original total etc.
