I have 5 red days on my April Habitcal --- and 5 GREEN days in May. :roll: Today was a red (Mondays are a day off for me, and have been dreadful, all but one), purely due to lunch-on-the-road panic.

Because "drinking is not snacking," I use drinks as a security blanket. That way I'm not so worried at a meal if it will take me through to the next one.

Yup, candy, cookies, cakes -- anything that would be a dessert or sweet snack.
