I to am trying to get back on track. I'm going to listen to a few podcast a day and also start my habit-cal again. Starting in July I'm going to start doing monthly resolution. Let's try to keep up with one another and see if this helps.

Does anyone take Lyrica? It says that one of the side effects is wieght gain. I been on the plan about 1 month and I have seen a small change. My pantyhose go all the way up ! I put the scale away because every time I got on it I had gained a pound. Really need a respond!

I like the chain visionalzation. I think I'll use paperclips for the chain. Then I can hold on to it. If I have 30 or 31 paperclips at the end of the month I'll get that gold metal. Thanks for the idea!

This was my first s-day weekend. I to will wait to go and get me what I want to snack on instead of having to eat last weeks snacks and sweets. Besides it will be nice just to go and have desert.

Hi everybody. I 'm 3 days out myself. So far so go. Today I chewed a piece of gum and felt so gulity I don't want to put a red on my habit-cal! I think this is something that I'll really be able to stick to. I did that lemonaid diet for 10 days if I can do that I can do anything.
