I have a one-month-old and shovelgloved up until the day I went into labor. I'm sure it's to that I owe the fact that I could tote around my four-year-old until that last week! (I took a two week break after the birth and he was noticably harder for me to lift afterwards.)

9 weeks pregnant today. Still doing pretty well with No-S but way slacking on SG, so this thread is to try and get that back in order. Morning is the only reasonable time for me to do it, and during the last few weeks I haven't even been able to get out of bed early enough to get to work on time. DS ...

Hey everyone,
I've been SGing for a while (say a year), and the few times I've had to travel I've just not really exercised (I just stretch out every day pretend that the long days and long meetings burn off all of the restaurant meals!). Work trips are starting to get longer and more frequent now ...
