I used to crash with low blood sugar but that has stopped since I started on NoS.
I am eating decent meals but nothing unusual for me. I just found that when I stopped snacking and eating sweets that I stopped crashing.
Sometimes between lunch and dinner, around 4pm, I'll get to feeling a bit ill ...

Why not try one of their teas? They have hot and cold. Avoid the tea frapps as they are loaded with sugar too.

Right now, I'm more focused on getting the habits ingrained than what I'm putting into the body.
Once I feel like the habits are true habits and second nature I will likely begin taking strides toward eating more quality foods.

Today went well. I had grapes around 4:30 as a snack I suppose because I knew I wouldn't be eating dinner until at least 7:30.
