Steve Reeves was a bodybuilder in the 40's. By most accounts his diet was three healthy meals a day and he performed three weight workouts a week. Just an example of how sticking to the basics can take you pretty far.

Dunkin' Donuts coffee with cream is unparalelled in it's awesomeness. However, if you get it with sugar it is disgusting. From the taste I would guess they use a shot of High Fructose Corn Syrup mixed with Aspartame and saccharin.

I do one of two things:

1. If you are eating 3 meals a day drink a 20oz bottle of water with each meal. If you don't finish it take it with you. That will get you reasonably close to 8 cups a day.

2. Carry a 64oz watter bottle with you and make sure you finish it before you go to bed. Not ...
