I am not much of a review writer (especially not in English), so I'll leave that to somebody else, but I would like to say that this really is a great book and I bet people are going to love it :)
It was very motivating to read it -- this is the very first (and probably last) diet book I have ever ...

I love it, too :)
Unfortunately, I am a fast reader, so I'm almost done reading it.
I guess, I'll have to hope that Reinhard writes another book soon and meanwhile just look forward to his podcasts and posts on the boards, so that I can still enjoy his writing style and humor.

... but the mailman just brought me my copy of The No S Diet :D
I wonder why it's available earlier in Germany than in the U.S.A.
Now I am off to read :P

By the way, this is my first post :)
