After reading your post, I took a good look at myself today. I'm one of these skinny 'fat' people, who look quite slim at a glance and with the right clothes but I'm carrying quite a lot of central weight at the moment.
I decided that even if superficially I seem slim and my BMI is within normal ...

All of us on NoS have similar goals: losing/maintaining weight and being healthy, just different ways of reaching them.
Anyway, I did some random calculations. I gained six pounds in the last 6 months, and am at my heaviest ever. 6 pounds is a lot on a 5'4" frame.

Hi just a post to say I'm officially back after losing my way a bit. I had a similar situation. Went out for breakfast and ordered a 3 egg omelette with sausage and mushroom, with a side of baked beans and two slices of buttered toast. I wasnt as virtuous as you though and polished off the omelette and baked beans and one slice of toast. Did feel very full afterwards ...

I have also gained weight on NoS for a period of time ( most of the time I lose or maintain which works fine for me!). Looking back, this was because I was eating the same portion meals as my housemates ( who are all taller and more well-built). My weekends were quite crazy, and I was also consuming ...

It sounds like ...

Anyone else actually dread S weekends?
I've been on NoS for nearly a year now, and I've got my N days nearly perfect... I very rarely have any reds on my N days now ( touch wood!), and I think I've got the habit thing down quite well.
The result of this is that I have grown to nearly 'dread' my weekends. On one hand, I think 'yay! I can ...
