Hi!
An interesting idea I've used to create bodyweight routines transfers quite easily to shugging is the "deck of cards".
Assign an exercise to each of the clubs, diamonds etc. I.E. Clubs = chopping wood, spades = shoveling, hearts = butter churning, diamonds = canoe. Shuffle the cards and pull ...

Hi I just wanted to say hello!
I bought a sledgehammer last week and have been getting into the "swing" of it. Unfortunately the shop only had 7lb and 14lb, so I'm starting out quite light :)
