Another point of view on this: your situation (being bummed because you lost weight.... LOL) is nothing more than your old, destructive habit of yo-yo dieting reasserting itself. You expect to lose quickly, so you can gain it back again.

Seeker's Question, Shaman's Answer
A Seeker's Question:
Why do we continue to do things to ourselves that we KNOW are not good for us, that we know will harm us and bring no enduring benefit?
A Shaman's Answer:
Because we are not yet good enough at loving ourselves.

Shoveling snow
I'm presently experiencing my first Maine Wintah(tm) as a homeowner. This of course means shoveling snow.
Let me just say that there is no better training for shoveling snow than shovelglove.
'Nuff said.

not sure if it's genuine shovelglove, but.... BEAT THE TIRE!
I'm not sure this counts as shovelglove, as it must be done outdoors, you need more than just a sledgehammer, and it doesn't simulate "useful movements" per se.
Basically, it's beating a tire, which seems to be one of the more common sledgehammer exercises out there. I've been wanting to try this ...
