There were some really neat studies done and it was a really eye-opening book.

I don't recall the author off the top of my head and I downloaded it onto my car's mp3 player and listened to itover a couple of weeks.

Anyway, sorry such a short post, but a good book and kindof goes along with noS.

This is one of the very few diet books I've managed to read -- and I actually thought it was pretty excellent.
