My calendar is weird, I know...sorry for all of you who like to copy, but my S days are Fridays and Sundays!

8th: Slicing up pork roast and popping a few pieces in my mouth; cleaning up the salad bowl.
18th: Went with my mother to her senior citizen dinner. I ate small, only had one dessert (they brought everyone two), came home and started snacking on nuts and it was hard to stop.

8th - mother in law's 80th birthday celebrations
19th - out for birthday meal with my two closest friends. *edit* meal has been postponed due to illness so have had a normal NoS day.

hoping for a more green month than april that, although it didnt change my stats much, was a disaster habit-wise... not a single green week... :shock:
