I wonder if that means we should visualize N day between meal snacking as a charging lion or something?

It was just the image that popped into my head.

So, "if I get hungry between meals, then I will just wait until the next meal."

As opposed to, "if I get hungry between meals, then I will eat whatever looks good to me."

Nothing seems to be as simple as it first appears. Our brains are complicated and I know I'll never figure mine out.

Interesting article. I can definitely relate to the 'what was I gonna do?' problems. :roll:


I like the concept of if-then. If I see sweets, then I will avoid them. If others are ordering dessert, then I will decline for myself. If I really think about wanting something then I will decide what that is and have some (on S days of course). :D
Creating and sustaining the No S habits are the only thing that will take me in the direction I want to go!

Well, I was thinking the if-then stuff... but this could work...
