What does Vanilla stand for?

Post by Brocky »

Hi
Hope this is not a stupid question. I have purchased the book but not received it yet and keep seeing the word Vanilla written assume it is an acronym but struggling to find it on the site
Thanks

As far as I understand it, Vanilla just means the pure version of NoS without any modifications. No snacks, no sweets, no seconds, except on days beginning with S.

I think Vanilla is never mentioned in the book, but it's as Bluebell said.

i think it is mostly coming from american english... vanilla metaphorically meaning plain, or something like that... so yes, unmodified, original version of noS...
nothing to do with vanilla flavour...
