Yesterday was a success! Stuck to my 3 meals and it seems that reducing carbs really makes it easier to feel full from meal to meal.
This morning I went to weighlifting too, so I'm feeling pretty giddy about being back on track!

That happened to me some when nursing. I ditto the protein suggestion - to me a snack of something like string cheese or some greek yogurt or cottage cheese isn't like a big handful of crackers or something. Maybe you could build a mini-4th meal around nursing time or somehow work your meal times ...

Hmm.. breakfast is always eggs, with either bacon or some sourdough bread. Or both. :D
Lunch is typically a sandwich, leftovers from dinner or a salad if I'm feeling it. I don't think salads fill me up enough unless I really load them with some protein.
