Thanks, Skykitty! The book is so great. There are several great one-liners and paragraphs I want to copy onto index cards and carry around with me. Very good reinforcement to keep me motivated and focused while building my habit.

I've been using "H2Orange" between meals to keep me hydrated and keep my blood sugar from dipping too low. Been drinking around 3 quarts a day.
